Are all your classes instructor led?

Yes, all our classes are online and instructor led. We believe maximum learning happens through interactive teacher led sessions than pre-recorded videos.

Do you vet your teachers?

Yes, all our teachers are vetted and come with extensive experience. Our experts select teachers after lot of consideration and discuss our vision and goals. Only selected few experts become instructors on our platform. We are not an aggregator site where teachers can list themselves.

What is your makeup classes policy?

For fitness classes (Yoga & Zumba) we provide 2 make up classes if you inform us 24 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellation requests will be treated as a missed class. For the curriculum-based classes like Hindi, chanting etc. we can share the recording of the class.

What is your refund policy?

We’re sure you’ll love our classes. However, if you still feel this is not the right class, you can still let us know before the 3 rd class. We will issue 100% refund.

Are my payments secure with myGurukul.us?

Absolutely, we don’t store any credit card details on our site. All the payment details are fully encrypted by Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 service provider and your payment details are 100% secure.
